relaxed coastal setting. Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this family-friendly restaurant reflects the laid-
back yet vibrant spirit of the WaterColor® community—welcoming, unpretentious, and all about quality
dining. Serving lunch and dinner daily, along with weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, FISH is
one of the few large-scale restaurants on 30A offering stunning views alongside fresh, locally inspired
cuisine. The expanded bar features a thoughtfully curated selection of tequilas, rums, and handcrafted
cocktails. Whether gathering with family, catching up with friends, or winding down after a day by the
water, Fish Out of Water offers a lively and inviting dining experience that’s distinctly WaterColor casual.

Private dining options in the Wine Room are available for groups and special events.

To seat guests more efficiently, reservations are not accepted. Dine-in service is available on a first-
come, first-served basis. Attire is resort casual and swimsuit-friendly (shirt and/or cover-up required).
